Return to figuration since 2015It was precisely when I thought my ties with Abstraction 1990 - 2015figurative painting had been severed that figurative work imposed itself as the only ethical justification to my work. It was the sole reason justifying my return to a longtime abandoned practice. And here I am, after a long parenthesis, with a strong feeling of my mission to codify this world of phenomena where I can offer a coherent, personal and totally subjective explanation for it.
